with you you can munch on real fast so for me today that is going to be almonds I have grams here or one serving of almonds and yeah as you can see it has not really a whole lot that's the thing with my almonds peanut butter almond butter peanuts whatever is that it doesn't take a lot to really hit your fat content those calories to really start ramping up so I recommend with this stuff guys you weigh
