Try getting into the habit of using power naps. Usually power naps should not be more than fifteen to twenty minutes. When you wake up you feel energized, and are ready to take down challenges again. But for some people a power nap also lasts about 2 to 3 hours. This is not a great habit, since later you would have trouble falling asleep at night. Plus you might feel groggy when you wake up.

Aromatherapy: It's been proven that certain scents and fragrances can aid in sleep by increasing the state of relaxation that we are in. Note: Lavender oil is one of these scents. Massage: A full-body massage can greatly help to release the tension and stress that we've accumulated throughout the day. If a full body massage isn't possible, than just ask a loved one to give you a quick shoulder rub. After all, a quick massage is better than nothing at all.
