I have called the company 3 times today & talked to 3 different people. Reversaderm Skin Care I canceled my “monthly order” asked that they email a copy of their so called Terms & Conditions for me to see for myself. I was told that they couldn’t do that. I told them that anytime I order anything online, I get an order number, confirmation number & a copy of any terms or conditions that I can save or print a copy for myself. I also told them about this website and how many complaints about them was on it & how everyone felt that they were scammed. At that point, I was offered a refund of half of the charge. I accepted it & then requested the name of the woman that I was talking with. I documented her name, the date & time of the call & her 50% refund offer. A few minutes later, I got an email from the company stating that I had cancelled my order & was being refunded. I have saved the email & also printed out a copy of it. I have definitely learned my lessonI too got half a refund and also was scammed I never saw the box I never saw Amy where I could get a refund or stop my trial all I saw was it was a free trial for 495 and that was it never saw anything that they were going to charge me another $170 they are really a rip off I’m calling the attorney general on them tomorrow http://israelbigmarket.com/reversaderm-skin-care/
