ACDF Surgery

Anterior cervical discectomy and fusion (ACDF) surgery is one of many
tricks that work quite well to take care of agonizing neck pain,
together with associated radiating pain, numbness, and weakness that
often involves the arms and hands. Most of the time, the problem can be
traced back to herniation of the cervical disc or degenerative changes
within the spine itself, changes that take place between the vertebrate
when intervertebral discs act as cushioning pieces. When such
conservative measures as physical therapy, medication, or even
injections do not provide required relief, ACDF Surgery becomes an option for resolving the mechanical compression by which the spinal cord or roots of either nerve may be affected.
